JKAACL, PLS release ‘Dogri-Punjabi Shabad-kosh Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL), in collaboration with Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (PLS) organized an impressive function at K L Saigal Hall, Writers’ Club, Jammu on 17th May, 2026, to release ‘Dogri-Punjabi Shabadkosh’ (a dictionary of Dogri to Punjabi), edited by Late Smt. Chandan Negi and published by Bhasha Vibhag. Sh. Kavinder Gupta, Hon’ble Governor Himachal Pradesh graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Padma Shri Prof. (dr.)
