Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) today organized a colourful Punjabi and Dogri Folk Dance and Music Programme at Bazurgan da Behra, Vijaypur, District Samba. Sh. Avtar Singh, former DDC graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Sh. Jang S. Verman, artist & writer was the guest of honour. Sh. Popinder Singh Paras, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi shared the dais.
