at Martika Auditorium of the S M V D University, Katra
Jammu
and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Jammu in collaboration with
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra organized a Yuva Kavi Goshti
at Matrika Auditorium of SMVDU, Katra on 28th September, 2017 on the
occasion of closing of Hindi Pakhwara. Dr.
Yugal Khajuria, Dean Students Welfare represented Vice Chancellor, SMVDU as the
Chief Guest on this occasion. Prof. Shiv Nirmohi, an eminent Hindi poet
presided over the programme. Dr. Anil Tiwari, Nodel Officer, Hindi Cell, SMVDU
and Popinder Singh, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi shared the dais. Young
poets of the region who participated in this goshti included Kanika Singh,
Paras Dubey, Anjali Bharti, Anjali, Amitabh Dwivedi, Esha Magotra, Bindia Tiku,
Kewal Krishan Kewal, Jyotshana, Vivek Kumar, Abhay Singh Bhadwal, Jyoti Sharma,
Shalu Jamoria, Pooja Sharma, Mitali Sehgal, Bhagwat Devi and Shivani Anand. The
poets were also felicitated on the completion of the Goshti.
