Rashtriya Kavi Sangam, J&K and Chander Bhaga Sanskriti Manch, Akhnoor organized Kavya Goshthi at Akhnoor on 22. 07.2018
Kavya
Goshthi was organized at Akhnoor (J&K) on 22nd July, 2018 in connection with
Saawan (a month of the rainy season). Sh. Jang S. Verman, a well known senior
artist and columnist on art & culture was the chief guest and Sh. Kali
Singh, Retired Tehsildar presided over the programme. Sh. O P Shakir,
President, Chander Bhaga Sanskriti Manch (CBSM) and Sh. Kewal Kumar Kewal,
President Rashtriya Kavi Sangam, JK shared the dais. Well known poets of Akhnoor
and the chief guest presented their poetry in different languages like Hindi,
Dogri, Punjabi and Urdu.
Ram Swaroop Sharma, Rachhpal Verma, Thoru Ram, Rattan bhardwaj, Nasib Singh Nasib, Varinder Mishra, Raj Kumar Shastri, Sarvesh Kumar Mishra, Renu Sharma, Kewal Kumal Kewal, O P Shakir, Jang S. Verman recited their poems.
