Dr. Gurcharan Singh Gulshan Trust, in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL), organized the 3rd Memorial Gulshan Seminar at K L Saigal Hall, Jammu on 4th April, 2026. The seminar witnessed the presence of prominent Punjabi literary figures and enthusiastic participation from students and teachers. The event was presided over by Sahitya Akademi Awardee writer Jb. Khalid Hussain, while Prof. Surinder Singh Seerat graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished personalities present in the presidium included eminent Ghazal writer Ajit Singh Mastana, Dr. Baljit Singh Raina, Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Popinder Singh Paras, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi and Er. Satbir Singh Kukal... On the occasion, a novelette by Antarjeet Kaur titled ‘Mehak Di Mehak’ was also released, and its detailed review was presented by Jang S. Verman.
