Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) organized literary programme ‘Ru-Ba-Ru’ under the guidance of Smt. Harwinder Kour JKAS, Secretary JKAACL at K L Saigal Auditorium, Jammu Writers’ Club, Jammu. The programme was based on the life and literary work of Bhupinder Singh Raina, an eminent Punjabi fiction writer. S. Ajit Singh Mastana, a noted Punjabi Ghazal writer presided over the programme whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn was the chief guest of the programme. Smt. Harwinder Kour JKAS, Secy.
