A Punjabi poetry book titled 'Meri Peed, Mera Birahara', a translated version of ‘Panun Doad, Panen Dug’, a much-discussed poetry collection in Kashmiri, authored by Rafiq Masoodi was released in a book release ceremony organized by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) in collaboration with Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (PLS) at K L Saigal Auditorium, Writers’ Club, Jammu on 17th May, 2025. Sh. Khalid Hussain, Sahit Akademi Awardee was the chief guest on this occasion whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, former Additional Secretary, JKAACL presided over the programme. Special guest Sh. Shalendra Singh, SSP Railways, Sh. Sohail Kazmi, Senior Journalist, Smt. Harwinder Kour JKAS, Secretary, JKAACL, Dr. Baljit Raina, President, PLS and Dr. Rafiq Masoodi, author & former Secretary, JKAACL shared the dais.
