A Punjabi poetry book titled 'Meri Peed, Mera Birahara', a translated version of ‘Panun Doad, Panen Dug’, a much-discussed poetry collection in Kashmiri, authored by Rafiq Masoodi was released in a book release ceremony organized by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) in collaboration with Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (PLS) at K L Saigal Auditorium, Writers’ Club, Jammu on 17th May, 2025. Sh. Khalid Hussain, Sahit Akademi Awardee was the chief guest on this occasion whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, former Additional Secretary, JKAACL presided over the programme. Special guest Sh. Shalendra Singh, SSP Railways, Sh. Sohail Kazmi, Senior Journalist, Smt. Harwinder Kour JKAS, Secretary, JKAACL, Dr. Baljit Raina, President, PLS and Dr. Rafiq Masoodi, author & former Secretary, JKAACL shared the dais.

HSM. VKK organize Kahani Goshti in memory of late Hindi poet Manoj Sharma- A Multilingual Kahani Goshti was organized at J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides Office Complex, Apsara Road, Jammu on 03.05.2025, under the joint aegis of Hindi Sahitya Mandal (HSM), Jammu and Viraj Kala Kendra (VKK), Jammu. Senior Hindi writer Prof. Raj Kumar presided over the multilingual storytelling session in which well-known storytellers of Jammu, Khalid Hussain, Prof. Kiran Bakshi, Maharaj Krishna Santoshi, Dr. Baljit Raina, Santosh Sangra and Rajneesh Gupta read out their stories in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Dogri....
