Balwinder Singh Jammu’s Children Poetry Book in Punjabi released by PLS-J A Punjabi poetry collection titled ‘Bal Tarang’- a children's literature, written S. Balwinder Singh Jammu was released by Punjabi Lekhak Sabha (PLS), Jammu in a function organized by PLS.J at K L Saigal Auditorium, Writers’ Club, Cultural Academy, Jammu on 13rd November, 2024. Smt. Harvinder Kour JKAS, Secretary J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages was the chief guest on this occasion whereas Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, former Additional Secretary JKAACL presided over the programme. Dr. Baljeet Singh Raina, President, PLS-J, S. Popinder Singh Paras, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi, and S. Balwinder Singh Jammu were present in the presidium. Dr. Baljeet Singh Raina, President, PLS-J extended a formal welcome to the guests, writers and the intellectuals present in the auditorium. A paper on the content and critical evaluation of the released book ‘Bal Tarang’, was presented by Dr. Balwinder Kour.
