Simran Visual Arts, Jammu (Makers of Tele- Serials and Feature Films, a body duly registered with WIFPA, Bombay under Regn. No. 17972) organized a special event on 1st September, 2024 at Ranjeet College of Education, Bandhu Rakh. Kunjwani, Jammu, to honour all the artists and technicians who have played their roles in its locally produced Punjabi feature film ‘Meri Jind Jaan’. Apart from honoring the concerned artists, the said film was also screened in Dolby Sound. S. Rajinder Singh Raina, former Director Door Darshan was the guest of hounour whereas S. Arvinder Singh Amn, former Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Jammu and Sh. Ashok Angurana IAS were the chief guests on this occasion. The artists were honoured on stage in the presence of prominent actors, producers, directors and intellectuals of Jammu region.
