Was invited as guest and interacted in Punjabi Programme of Radio Kashmir Jammu (All India Radio) fot half an hour to have discussion on my contribution in the field of Art, literature and journalism as an artist, writer, journalist and editor. Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages & former Editor, Sheeraza Punjabi, was the anchor in this programme.

PLS holds Fortnightly Literary Meet- 26.08.2018
at
Tagore Academy, Rani Talab, Digiana, Jammu. Dr. Nirmal Vinod, well known
multilingual poet and writer presided over the meeting.
The
meeting was conducted by S. Harjit Singh Uppal. S. Amar Singh Kuka, Ghazal
writer welcomed the members of the meetng. A session of essays and poetry
recitation was conducted in which Amar Singh Kuka, Piara Singh Dhanjal, Jang S.
Verman, Harjit Singh Uppal, Pritam Singh Anjaan, Kulwant Singh (from Kashmir),
Resham Kaur and Dr. Nirmal Vinod presented their items and views on the items
presented.

Punjabi Lekhak Sabha, Jammu held fortnightly Literary Meet on 12.08.2018. S. Amar Singh Kuka, a well known Punjabi Ghazal writer of Jammu presided over the meeting. Dr. Monojit Singh, President, PLS welcomed all the writers. In his address he said that regularity is being kept as a priority to conduct the fortnightly meetings. Dr. Baljeet Singh Raina, General Secretary, PLS conducted the meet. Balwinder singh Deep, Jang S. Verman, Kulwant Singh (from Kashmir), Bishan Das Khak, Resham Kaur Resham, Harjit Singh Uppal, Amar Singh Kuka, Dr. Monojit Singh recited two of their select poems/ Ghazals in the 1st round of literary session the meet. In the second session Bikram Singh read out a Punjabi play “Kudrat Dey Sab Bandey”.
Jammu and Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu in collaboration with Kala Kendra, Jammu organized a National Exhibition of Paintings by Women Painters of India, in the loving memory of Late (Smt.) Gobind Kaur, 1st Contemporary Sculptor of J&K State. Venue: Kala Kendra, Jammu; 11th- 14th August, 2018.
