Sh. O.P. Shakir, Sh. Popinder Singh Paras, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi, Sh. Jang S. Verman, Smt. Rabia Khajuria, and Dr. Mushtaq Wani were present in the presidium. Prominent poets who recited their poetry included Suraj Singh Suraj, Jang Singh Verman, Balwinder Singh, Sh. Ratan Bhardwaj, O P Shakir, P Deepak, Naseeb Singh, Ichpal Singh, H S Upashak, Somi, Suraj Prakash Ratan, Rabia Khajuria, Sohan Lal Verma, Mohan Singh Khajuria, Komal Sharma, Dr. Rakesh Verma, Kiran Prabha, Mamta Sharma and others. The poetry included various genres of poetry like poems, Ghazals etc. on various themes related to the issues of contemporary world, patriotism, values etc. During the programme, the organization Chanderbhaga Sanskriti Manch, Akhnoor felicitated Sh.
