Indian Cultural Forum organizes Mega- Cultural Event at Surainsar

A mega- cultural event ‘Choupaal’ was conducted by ICF at Surainsar under its Heritage Series of Galaxy Programmes. Sh. Surinder Singh Seerat, a well known Punjabi writer from Kashmir, now settled in Calfornia presided over the function and Sh. Subash Singh Advocate, former village Sarpanch, was the Chief Guest on this occasion. The intellectuals, writers, artists and the prominent people of the area attended this programme.A multi- lingual Mushiara and folk songs as well as songs on the poetry of Dogri poets of the region were presented.

Editors of 'Abroo' Dr. Baljit Singh Raina and Jang S. Verman presented copy of the magazine to S. Surinder Singh Seerat.
