Attended Mushaira org. by JKCCA at Sunderbani (Rajouri) on 23.05.2018 A book of Dogri Play 'Baba Mai Mal' written by O P Shakir was released. Sh. Gurmukh Singh, ADC, Sunderbani was the Chief Guest. some of the poets were felicitated on this occasion.

Seminar on Art conducted by Society for Prabal Pramanik Academy of Arts, Bhamlada (on Dalhoussie Road), Distt. Pathankot on 20.05.2018. The seminar was conducted at Conference Hall of Bhuri Singh Museum, Chamba (HP) and was dedicated to Late Prabal Pramanik, a versatile artist. Sh. Dev Badotra, an artist and writer from Chamba was the chief Guest. Sankari Mitra, a well known painter from Kolkata talked on Miniature Painting in West Bengal. Chandigah based senior and well known artist Prabhinder Lall presented his works with the theme of his talk ‘Modern and Contemporary Art’. Jang S. Verman, columnist on art & culture and senior well known multi- media artist from Jammu presented his talk on the theme ‘Linking Art with Public’. Renu Bala Kashyap Rajput, a well known and Junior Fellowship holder from Pathankot presented her show with lecture on the topic of ‘Contemporary Sculpture’. Reena Thakur, a miniature painter from Chamba gave her presentation on the theme ‘Miniature Painting in Modern Times’. Arup Chandra, the artist who is looking after the Arts Academy at Bhamlada, gave his ppt. presentation on ‘Application in Traditional Art’.
